Is this a queen? She certainly looks regal. I like the mirror-effect of the floor and the background/throne is a very nice frame for the woman. I like how the two children seems to blissfully unaware of a world's troubles while she looks cool, composed and confident, yet thoughtful. Finally, the orbs floating around in the air creates a nice vision of space and depth, you've managed to make them seem to be at different distances from the viewer -which I personally think is quite difficult to do.
